1. Hand Towels

Now, make sure to tell your spouse to NOT TOUCH THESE even though he probably will anyway by wiping his dirty hands on the white hand towels you purchased or worse, wipes off your kid’s chocolate covered mouth with your perfectly staged towel! My go to hand towels that are budget friendly are at TJMAXX. I stick with neutral colors or light colors. They say green is making a comeback. Who knows?! You could go with olive or soft blue or pink if you want some color. If you don't want to leave the house and would prefer to order them, click here to check out some of my favorites from Amazon.

2. Fake Plants & Greenery

Fake plants are an easy way to add color to your space. A big plus is there’s no watering required (unless you enjoy plants then by all means buy the real deal) but if everything you touch looks like dried out mums every October, stick with the fake plants. I speak from experience. I can always find cute & cheap fake plants at you guessed it…..TJMAXX. I also found the greenery that hangs on my tiered tray at Hobby Lobby.
