Brother & Sister Outfit for Family Photos

We changed up our Christmas pictures this past year and did a different color scheme other than dark reds and greens and I’m kinda loving it!

I was a little worried that I wouldn’t find anything for the kids because reds and greens are typical Christmas picture colors. I found Ruby Kate’s outfit on Amazon and it was the perfect outfit for the photos. I was hesitant to purchase since you never know what kind of quality you’re going to get from clothes on Amazon but I was pretty impressed! What I also love is that she can wear this multiple times and get a good use out of this outfit. You can find it here.

Brother’s outfit was a little harder to find. If you’re a boy mom, you know the toddler boy section anywhere has few options and the one cute outfit you find is the wrong size!

So instead of store hopping with 2 crying kids in the backseat, I decided to shop online at The Children’s Place and what do you know…the cutest corduroy beige overalls! Rhett’s long sleeve shirt was supposed to be white but we couldn’t find it the morning of pictures so he wore a long sleeve shirt that had some graphic on it that was hidden by the overalls. What’s even funnier is that it had a stain on the shirt from the day before. It was the only long sleeve shirt that would match his outfit that we could find at the last minute. Mom win right?!
